Encryption

All traffic to kwikcall.ai and our API is encrypted in transit with TLS. Passwords are stored only as strong one-way hashes — never in plain text.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 provider. We never receive or store your full card details.

Infrastructure

The platform runs on reputable cloud infrastructure with network isolation and edge protection (including Cloudflare). Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel.

Access & authentication

• Two-factor authentication available on accounts.
• Signed webhooks so you can verify events came from us.
• Least-privilege access to internal systems.

Abuse & fraud prevention

We monitor for fraudulent sign-ups and payment abuse, and enforce anti-spam and telecom-compliance controls to protect the network.
