KwikCall provides software for configuring and running AI phone agents. Features may change; beta features may be unstable.
Accounts
You are responsible for credentials, lawful use, and content you upload (contacts, scripts). Do not attempt unauthorized access.
Telephony & compliance
You must comply with local calling laws (consent, DND/TCPA-style rules, registration). Regional modules assist but do not replace your legal obligations.
Fees
Usage is billed via wallet top-ups and plan fees shown in-product. Taxes may apply.
Disclaimer
Service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for carrier outages, model hallucinations, or third-party provider failures beyond amounts paid in the prior 3 months, except where law forbids limitation.
