Unused wallet balance may be refundable within 14 days of purchase if no significant minutes were consumed, subject to payment-processor rules. Consumed minutes are non-refundable.
Subscriptions
Plan charges are generally non-refundable for the active period. Downgrades apply at the next cycle.
